Winter Break Camp 2025

Camp Details:

Time: 9AM - 2PM - Half Day OR 9AM - 6PM Full Day

List of (Possible) Activities: Soccer, basketball, wiffle ball, kick ball, dodgeball, football, camp games, etc.

Please note that not all sports will be played every day, as our camp schedule also includes breaks and lunchtime. We also prioritize the interests of the campers when planning daily activities, ensuring a fun and engaging experience based on what they enjoy most.

Dates and Registration: December 29th 2025 - January 2nd 2026

Cost: $250 for Full Week, Full Days

$215 for Full Week, Half Days

$65 for One Full Day

$50 for One Half Day

Please be sure to complete the camp packet below for your child or children. No child will be admitted into camp without their camp packet. See below for the packet.

We are truly grateful for the opportunity to serve our community each camp season. Our camp exists because of the trust families place in us, and we take that responsibility to heart. Every child who walks through our doors becomes part of our camp family, and we are honored to be part of their summer memories.

Our staff is fully CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring that safety always comes first. At the same time, we believe camp should be filled with fun, energy, and the excitement of trying new things. That’s why our philosophy is built on creating a safe, supportive environment where campers can enjoy sports, build friendships, and grow in confidence—all while having an unforgettable experience.

Aftercare Policy

  • Parents will be charged a flat rate of $5 for every 10 minutes after 6PM for Aftercare.

  • If aftercare is requested in advance, it will be a flat rate of $15 per hour.

  • 7PM is the latest time for pick up. Please keep this in mind and plan accordingly.

Food Policy

  • Kids can bring their own lunch from home or purchase Pizza/our Lunch of the Day from us.

  • Pizza is sold for $5 for 2 slices.

  • Lunch of the Day is sold for $5

  • Snacks will be included in the price of FULL DAY.

Coach Policy

  • Camp Classes will be staffed by 2 coaches per 15 kids.

  • All coaches are CPR and First Aid Certified.

Cancellation Policy

  • Please give us at least one week's notice if you would like to un-enroll your child before the camp begins.

  • Failure to give us at least one week’s notice may in loss of your child’s spot in camp and camp payment.

  • If for any reason you need to cancel within a week or less of camp beginning, email our Youth Programs Director, Brandon Meyers.

DISCOUNTS*

SIBLING DISCOUNT / Register two siblings or more and receive 10% OFF per sibling per week under three weeks.

MULTI-WEEK DISCOUNT / Register for three weeks or more of camp and receive 10% OFF per week per camper.

FIRST RESPONDERS & MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS DISCOUNT / Register your child for a 10% OFF per week per camper discount, for our first responders & medical professionals.

LOCAL EDUCATORS DISCOUNT / Register your child for a 10% OFF per week per camper discount, for our local teachers & educators.

*Discounts may only be combined for a total of 25% off.
