The Sportsplex at Metuchen is proud to announce our very own Soccer Stars Soccer Program! Our program is an effective and successful way of impacting your children’s skill level while making a meaningful connection to the children as well. The coaching staff are very well-trained and dedicated to making sure they are making a contribution to the children, not only on the field, but off the field. Our curriculum is designed to ensure that every participant engages in their own exciting experience and takes a step toward their soccer careers.

9 A.M. Class Schedule
- Soccer Stars Class (3-5 yrs. old)
- Intro to Advanced Soccer Stars Class (6-8 yrs. old)

DESCRIPTION:

Age Groups:
Soccer Stars (3-5 year olds)
Our Soccer Stars program is the transition into our advanced classes, while still working on the fundamentals learned in our Intro to Soccer Stars class. This will be where the class begins to implement the motor skills and attention span activities, and incorporate fundamentals of soccer. This will turn our participants into athletes beginning their careers and prepare them for not only soccer, but for the remainder of their athletic careers.
Intro to Advanced Soccer Stars (6-8 year olds)
Our introductory program focuses on the basics and fundamentals of soccer, building player character and building their skill set over the course of the session, our introductory program will ensure that the children involved better their skills and come out with a greater understanding of the game.
Advanced Soccer Stars (9-12 year olds)
Our foundational program is built to brush up the players who have just moved up from the introductory level and begin their learning experience for the game. Building their technical skill set and focusing on difficult skills such as defending, dribbling, ball control and first touch. This level builds individual skill, mentality and fitness of each of our participants.
Cancellation Policy
Please give us at least one week's notice if you would like to un-enroll your child before the program begins.
Failure to give us at least one week’s notice may result in the loss of your child’s spot in the program and program payment.
If for any reason you need to cancel within a week or less of the program beginning, email our Youth Programs Director, Brandon Meyers.
Refunds will not be issued for lack of attendance, however, exceptions will be made for those with a medical reason for not attending class. Doctors note required to be eligible for refund.
All refund requests for attendance must be submitted along with supporting documentation to our Youth Programs Director, Brandon Meyers.
Missed classes will result in a prorated price/discount of $15 per missed class. Registrations will not be accepted when more than 4 of 8 classes have been completed.
